Daire Lynch joined the Team in 2016 and has quickly moved from table service to bar service … and is proving to be dynamite behind the bar, juggling multiple orders and covering multiple bars a bit like his performance on the field for the Trim Senior Football Team! He is starting his 3rd year in Maynooth studying Chemistry & Biology.
Jade Burke also joined the Team in 2016. She is the girl that makes sure you have a relaxing night at the James Griffin , you can just sit back and relax , Jade is more than happy to bring the drinks to you. She is our resident photographer and always manages to capture the very best moments of the night!
